Following her recent successes in America, blues singer extraordinaire Mary Stokes returns to the Dublin stage with a special appearance at The Wild Duck, Sycamore Street, on Sunday April 14, from 5 -7 pm.
Directly facing the famous stage door of the Olympia Theatre, The Wild Duck has fast become one of the city’s most popular new music venues. The timing seems perfect for the Mary Stokes Band’s long anticipated return to the familiar territory of their blistering Sunday evening blues sessions for which they are so well known.

Invigorated by the dynamism and energy recently brought to the band by the exceptionally talented musician Sarah Michelle on guitar and vocals, Mary Stokes and her band have been recording new songs destined for release later this year. Irish fans have the opportunity to hear them first as Mary and Sarah, ably aided and abetted by Brian Palm, Chris Byrne and Robbie Barrett, unleash them in the Wild Duck on the evening of April 14 th .
