'Nobody But Me' is a modern rework of the Isley Brothers' 1962 soul track.
The Jaded Hearts Club, a supergroup consisting of Muse's Matt Bellamy, Miles Kane and Blur's Graham Coxon, have released their first single titled 'Nobody But Me'.
The track offers a fresh take of the Isley Brothers' 1962 classic of the same name with Miles Kane on vocals. Soul and blues influences are transformed into a modern rock track, including a screaming guitar solo and a punchy bassline.
The supergroup began in 2017 as Dr. Pepper's Jaded Hearts Club Band with shows all over the globe. Heavily influenced by English Northern Soul sounds, they record soul and blues standards in a more modern style. They've covered a number of rock classics at live gigs in the past, including Pink Floyd, The Whoe and The Beatles. Other members include Nic Cester of Jet, Sean Payne of The Zutons and Jamie Davis, owner of Transcopic Records.
