Maverick Sabre returns to Dublin's 3Olympia Theatre for a headline show on Thursday, February 13, with a date in Belfast on February 12.
For the past decade, Sabre has made a name for himself in the Irish music scene through his deeply emotional albums that connect with his fans. Born in Hackney and raised in County Wexford, the rapper combines blues folk hip hop, and soul to create his unique musical concoction.
Sabre's upcoming performance is set to showcase tracks from his tracks from his soon-to-be-released fifth album, Burn The Right Things Down, which blends his signature heartfelt lyricism with new genre-bending sounds.
His music is diverse in theme, discussing socio-political issues and deeply personal stories. Sabre has consistently used his platform to share his political views, including his support for Palestine. In recent years Sabre debuted YOURS, a four-piece house music collective that showcases his versatile musical production. The group’s debut album, What’s Mine Is YOURS, will be released on September 27 via Defected Records.
