Acclaimed Mayo singer-songwriter Niall McCabe has announced an Irish tour for October 2023.
McCabe shared his first album Rituals at the beginning of the year, an impressive outing which was described as a “sentimental, soulful debut”, by Hot Press upon its release.
The singer has gained a reputation for his self-effacing humour and storytelling, posing a charm which simultaneously captivates and liberates his audience.
Born and raised on the remote Clare Island, McCabe’s upbringing is channelled in his music, with his deft guitar work and distinct voice brining a lightness to the weight of island isolation.

As well as becoming an accomplished finger-style guitar player, McCabe has been lending his voice to Irish trad-fusion band Beoga, touring Ireland, Europe and the USA while also playing support for Ed Sheeran, Foy Vance and Johnny Swim as well as Chris Issac on his recent UK Tour.
