MELTS announce a six date Irish tour and release a new single entitled 'Waves of Wonder'.
MELTS have announced an Irish tour with six dates across the country this September and their new single ‘Wave Of Wonder’.
The band, which consists of members Robbie Brady, Hugh O’Reilly, Gaz Earle and Eoin Kenny, will also release their new album Field Theory which will be out on April 12 from Fuzz Club. Two singles from the album, ‘Figment’ and ‘Altered’ have already been released.
Hailing from Dublin, MELTS have announced their Irish tour in addition to their UK and EU April tour. Their debut album was released in 2022 entitled Maelstrom and focused on forces affecting the world on a larger scale while their new album recounts the influence of smaller interactions.
When talking about the album, MELTS says, “The album explores these forces, how we relate to each other, the people we live with and the people we live without. At the heart of Field Theory lies the realisation that we inhabit each other's worlds as much as our own, through a field of wide-ranging forces, as important as the ones keeping the planets in place.”
'Wave Of Wonder' is now out and available on all digital platforms.
The Field Theory tracklist is as follows:
