Metronomy have unveiled glitchy visuals for their album cut 'The Light', taken from 2019's Metronomy Forever LP.
The video features animation by visual artist Gabriel Rolim, who collaborated on Metronomy's lockdown series 'Metronomy TV'.
Intensely pixelated, the visuals parallel with the dreamy electronic indie sound.
'The Light' is a chill out track matched with a rippling rippling synth undercurrent that works perfectly with the trippy blue skies of the accompanying video.
The video comes amid a flurry of Monday night lockdown sessions released by the five-piece band over the last two months.
Live shows, Q&A's and dance parties feature in the lockdown sessions, with the band making sure their fans feel united in the pandemic.

The electronic indie-pop collective released a new project titled ‘Oscar Cash Forever’ back in April.
Created by Metronomy member and multi-instrumentalist Oscar Cash, the album is a collection of original tracks inspired by songs from Metronomy Forever.
Frontman Joe Mount says, “Oscar Cash could be the artist of his generation. I wish he’d just put out more of his own music. I hope that this gives him some confidence and that one day we will all hear a proper album from Oscar. For now, ‘Oscar Cash Forever’ is all we have...and I love it”.
