Endless Summer Vacation is set to drop 10th March via Columbia Records.
And the wait is finally over. Following a series of teaser trailers released on New Year’s Day, Miley Cyrus’ lead single, ‘Flowers’, from her upcoming album has arrived. Accompanied by a video directed by Jacob Bixenman, and movement direction by Stephen Galloway, Miley dances, works out, and swims in her new video, exuding a free- spirited, frolicking energy.
Like a Grecian goddess draped and cloaked in a golden gown, Miley emerges through a grimy alleyway in the opening seconds of her single’s video. The song eventually sees the singer stripping down to her underwear whilst she works out during the track’s chorus.
Her eighth studio LP, Endless Summer Vacation was announced last month, accompanied by a brief trailer. The new album is a follow-up to 2020’s Plastic Hearts, and was recorded in Los Angeles, featuring production from Mike Will Made-It, Greg Kurstin, Tyler Johnson, and Kid Harpoon. The record is due for release on March 10th.
Most recently, the 30-year-old hosted NBC’s special Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party where she sang with special guests, Dolly Parton, David Byrne, and others to ring in 2023.
