Irish singer-songwriter Molly O'Mahony lost her guitar in Cork City last Saturday, and has issued an appeal on social media asking for any information on the missing guitar
Ballydehob musician Molly O’Mahony, has issued an appeal for her missing Yamaha guitar, which the musician believes she lost on Saturday as she was packing the car after a gig in Cork City's Quay Co-op on Saturday night.
Speaking on Instagram, O'Mahony issued an appeal for information regarding the missing guitar - which was in a soft black case with a broken top pocket.
The soft black case had a 'Mongoose' written across it, in yellow lettering, referring to her role as one quarter of the hard-edged indie pop act Mongoose, who released their eponymous debut album in 2015.
The singer songwriter believes that she left the guitar on Cove Street, Cork City, which is directly behind the Quay Co-op, the venue she O'Mahony was playing that night, Saturday the 18th.
The musician believes she left the Yamaha guitar on the street at approximately 9.30pm.
