Matt Dear has clearly spent time listening to ‘French Kiss’ because his composition builds and builds to a similar (if faster and more messed-with) bassline. But instead of lapsing into pre-orgasmic panting, it goes for the jugular with a wall of acid-drenched feedback. Which is no bad thing.
