PATRICK PRINS: Movin’ Melodies EP (AM:PM)

Patrick’s new deal with AM:PM kicks off with his most recent three-track import now made widely available for mass consumption. The three tracks on offer show off his diverse influences and arrive just ahead of a compilation charting his career so far. ‘Don’t Hold Back’ is a pumping hypno-houser with rattling kettle drums and some very clever drops. ‘Rollerblade’ is a funky shuffler with a full vocal, and ‘Contrast’ is a trip-hop tempoed toe-tapper.
