Michel De Hey and fellow Dutchman Secret Cinema have been releasing high quality club techno for the best part of a decade – anyone remember ‘Timeless Altitude’ from 1994? – but hopefully ‘Machine’ will finally win them the recognition they deserve. Boasting skipping beats, warm, synths and catchy Euro riffs, unlike most club music it has a beginning, middle and an end. Surely superstar DJ status beckons?
