In collaboration with Spotify and Electric Lady Studios, Natalie Bergman has shared her Live At Electric Lady EP.
Spotify announced its series of live EPs with Electric Lady in July, featuring artists like Jon Batiste, Japanese Breakfast, Dominic Fike, Faye Webster, Patti Smith, and Bleachers. Batiste's was the first EP to be released this year.
When Bergman first visited Electric Lady Studios years ago, she said she "fell in love with the studio; the collage work on the walls, the color palette of the rooms, the music that is and was created there."
Bergman returned to Electric Lady to perform for the live EP, which includes six songs from her debut album, Mercy.
"When you're in that room, everyone comes alive," she said. "It can be a holy experience at times. It was the first time I had performed the songs off of Mercy – the room lended itself perfectly to the music."
In addition to her original music, Bergman also covered Jimi Hendrix's 'Angel.'

"I wanted to sing Jimi Hendrix's 'Angel' because it felt like an extension of the music I had already written," she explained. "The band gathered in a circle and sang in harmony with one acoustic guitar. A heavenly poem to end the night with."
Earlier this year, Bergman collaborated with former tour mate Beck for a cover of Lion's 'You've Got A Woman' and remix of Bergman's 'Paint the Rain.'
