New music from the scientist-turned-musician is imminent.
Get on the lookout for Nazneen Rahman’s third album I’m Too Old to Die Young, which is set to drop October 18th. Listeners can expect to hear a delightful collection of jazz, soul & elegant pop perfection. On this effort, Rahman tackles universal themes like time, love, parenthood and life choices over 10 new offerings. Also, stay tuned for the anticipatory single ‘Midlife Musings.’ It’s a track that fans of Sade and Jill Scott will absolutely adore, as Rahman channels a timeless sound.
Interestingly enough, Nanzeen’s background is in the world of science. Prior to starting her musical career, she was a leading cancer researcher and was named as one of the ‘Power List of Game Changers 2014’ on the BBC’s Woman’s Hour as well The Evening Standard’s list of ‘London’s 1000 Most Influential People.’ Rahman’s used to navigating the world of entertainment, as she’s been featured numerous radio and TV appearances. She clearly knows what it takes to be successful, and isn’t stopping with her musical ventures.
