Following the release of his acclaimed new single 'You Can't Go Home Again' last month, Nealo has returned with a powerful new video for the track – featuring his collaborator Uly.
The video was directed by Dublin-based photographer and filmmaker Bobby Zithelo, who's built up an ever-growing following off the back of his films This Land and Up Next: An Irish Hip-Hop Documentary.
'You Can't Go Home' is the first taste of Nealo's highly anticipated debut album – set to be released in autumn. Since its release in July, the single has clocked up over 10,000 streams, and has received coveted spots in Spotify editorial playlists like New Music Friday, Conscious and Spotify + Chill.
"'You Can’t Go Home Again' is about leaving," Nealo says of the release. "It’s a song about missing both a person that you love, and a city that you love. No one stands untouched by emigration. We have all left cities and friends behind, or have had friends leave in search of a better life, an adventure, or a future for themselves.”
