Two leading members of Celtic Thunder have struck gold across the Atlantic with their long-playing collaboration. Ryan Kelly, from Moy, and Neil Byrne, from Bray, began performing live together as Acoustic By Candlelight and now their resulting Acoutically Irish album is doing big business in the states.

The collection of Irish trad, Americana and world music is currently No. 1 on the Billboard World Albums Chart.

The pair are in the midst of an extensive 60-date North American tour with Celtic Thunder.
