Brett Anderson gets on my nerves, but then I’m a cantankerous bastard. Suede do have one thing in their favour – unerringly catchy, hook-filled songs you can actually hum along to. Formulaic but entertaining, this is recommended for Suedeheads as it includes a live version of ‘Animal Nitrate’.
