Krea (pictured above) will play the Éiru launch show on Monday.
Running across four Mondays in October, Éiru is a brand new series of intimate evening shows, hosted at The Playground, an artist production hub located in Glenview Industrial Estate, Dublin. The new Irish music series – which has a special emphasis on showcasing female and non-binary artists – will kick off on Monday, October 3, with performances from Krea (Karen of Wyvern Lingo), Elle León and Larabelle.
Taking to social media, Krea revealed that the Éiru gig will be her first live performance since releasing solo music.
Donegal artist Larabelle previously performed an acclaimed set on the Hot Press Y&E Series back in November 2020.
Elle León's performance comes in the run-up to the release of her debut album, The Musical, in November.
Other performers confirmed to perform throughout the series include Maria Kelly, HALLI, katie phelan, Sarah Crean, Sweetlemondae, HXNEY and more.

Across the four gigs in October, The Playground will transform into an evening venue, complete with beanbags and blankets, as the artists take to the stage for exclusive acoustic sets.
Tickets for the alcohol-free events are €5, with all proceeds going to BeLong To, the national organisation supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI+) young people in Ireland.
