The Main Stage area was turned into a mosh pit for the UK's pop princess
Dua Lipa just blew up the Main Stage at Electric Picnic in one of the best performances of the weekend so far.
The 23-year-old British superstar made her way to Stradbally earlier for a headline show.
She didn't disappoint the massive crowd that started gathering more than a half hour ahead of her performance. With a setlist of best-known songs - both her own releases and collaborations with other artists - she kept the crowd well-entertained.
Herself and her dancers ensured the crowd were bopping, jumping and fist-pumping throughout their slot on the festival's biggest stage.
Having opened with 'Blow Your Mind (Mwah),' the star thrashed about to 'Hotter Than Hell,' 'IDGAF,' 'One Kiss' and 'Scared To Be Lonely' as well as performing more solemn numbers. The backing screens were lit up with stunning visuals to compliment her stage presence.

In the show's highlight, the pop princess closed her set with the much-loved tune that catapulted her to international fame, 'New Rules.' The crowd roared each word of the lyrics, holding up fingers to match the numbers Lipa sings in the chorus.
She thanked the crowd for their participation in the mosh pit she created. "We'll be back any time you'll have us," she promised.
After tonight's performance, regular attendees will be hoping Electric Picnic holds her to that.
