Glastonbury festival have announced the line-up for their Woodsies Area, including Irish acts NewDad and Kneecap on the Main Stage.
First launched in 2023, Woodsies is Glastonbury’s verdant area in the North West corner of the site.
This year’s Main Stage line-up will span indie rock and pop, Irish rap, punk and metal, including Indonesian rock band Voice of Baceprot on Friday morning, James Black closing Sunday night, and other headline sets such as Gossip and Jamie xx.

NewDad's latest album Madra, which came out last February, soared straight to No. 6 on the Official Irish Chart and was rated a 9/10 by Hot Press, calling it "an unforgettable debut offering."
Belfast rap trio Kneecap released the title track from their debut album Fine Art at the end of March, following with a string of summer festival dates and an anouncement for three shows in Dublin's Vicar Street at the end of October.
The 2024 edition will include the new Tree Stage, an immersive outdoor venue that focuses on ambient and experimental music. The stage will welcome Jon Hopkins – RITUAL – Exclusive Album Playback Listening Experience, The Orb, Max Cooper and more.
