Originally scheduled to play in Whelan’s upstairs venue, Bury has been moved to the mainstage.
On April 28, Niamh Bury will perform the final show of her Irish tour on Whelan’s Main Room stage. All tickets that have been purchased will still be valid.
Bury will start her Irish tour this April, playing six shows across Ireland in Belfast, Galway, Limerick, Kilkenny, Cork and Dublin. She will also be releasing her highly anticipated debut album Yellow Roses on Friday, March 29 from Claddagh Records.
The singer has already released a new single this year. ‘Budapest’ was released on January 26 and was accompanied by a dreamy music video.
When speaking about the tour, Bury says, “I’m very excited to get on the road in April and share these songs in some really nice venues around the country.”
Ever since the release of her first single, ‘Beehive’ in July of 2023 from Claddagh Records, Bury has gained attention domestically and internationally. She has been referred to as “the rising voice breaking boundaries for Irish folk,” in an interview from CLASH magazine in the UK.
All of her singles have been featured on RTÉ Radio 1 on their RTÉ Radio 1 Recommends list and The Sunday Times have featured Bury on the cover of their Culture Magazine for her release of ‘Beehive’.

Influenced by artists such as Laura Marling, Fiona Apple and Paul Simon, Bury is on the rise in the Irish music scene. Tickets for her Irish tour are on sale and can be found here.
