The track is released as part of the band's upcoming 30th anniversary edition of Definitely Maybe.
Oasis has shared an unheard version of the extended edition of 'Columbia' from their upcoming 30th anniversary edition of Definitely Maybe.
The Brit Pop Duo announced the reissue of the classic 1994 debut album last month, and it is set to arrive on August 30.
The LP includes tracks recorded at the original session at Monnow Valley Studios and outtakes from the definitive album recording session at Sawmills Studios in Cornwall.
It will be available in various formats, including Limited-Edition Deluxe 4LP and Deluxe 2CD formats, exclusive coloured vinyl and cassette, and digitally. It also features brand new artwork by the original art designer Brian Cannon.
'Columbia', released today, is the first track to be delivered off of the approaching LP and was mixed for the first time by Noel Gallagher and Callum Marinho, resident engineer at Noel's studio, Lone Star Studios in London.

'Columbia' was one of the first songs to be written by the siblings and was initially released as a white-label 12" vinyl. The reissued version of the track clocks in at 7 minutes 18 seconds, dwarfing the 6 minutes of the album original.
The track is completed by a new lyrical music video, which is featured below:
The album will also include an unreleased demo version of ‘Sad Song’ featuring Liam Gallagher on vocals, the original track on the 1994 album saw Noel Gallagher as the lead vocalist.
Liam Gallagher is currently on tour for the Definitely Maybe anniversary tour in celebration of 30 years of Oasis' debut album.
The rock musician is set to play on July 14 in Thomond Park, Limerick and again in Dublin at the 3Arena on the 23 and 24 June. Tickets for the gigs are available here.
