Irish songwriter Oisin Leech has been announced as special guest to Gaz Coombes at four of his UK shows next month.
The Meath musician, whose debut album Cold Sea will be released March 8, joins Coombes in Hebden Bridge, Wrexham, Norwich, and Manchester, as he tours in support of his recently released fourth solo album, Turn the Car Around.
Elsewhere, Leech unveiled the third preview from his LP – the instrumental ‘Maritime Radio’ - featuring Steve Gunn.
The track follows up from singles ‘October Sun’ and ‘Colour of The Rain’, on which various sounds of the coast are similarly incorporated. "My aim with this album was to write a collection of songs that told a complete story, and to record them near the ocean, using the sea as a kind of mirror for the songs,” said Leech on the thematic direction of the record.

Leech will himself be on tour this spring, with dates in Dublin, Galway, Letterkenny, Kilkenny, Waterford, Cork, Limerick, Ballydehob, and Manorhamilton. For more information on tickets, or to pre-order Cold Sea visit www.oisinleech.com.
