Hot for 2020 International Act Oliver Tree has today announced a show in Dublin’s 3Olympia Theatre on 23rd November 2022 as part of the European leg of his One Last Ride Tour.
Boasting over 12.5 million TikTok followers, the genre-defining singer-songwriter/internet personality is celebrating the release of his latest album Cowboy Tears.
An internet-based vocalist, producer, writer, director and performance artist, Oliver Tree explores the intersection where pop and alternative meet sonically and has arrived where art and entertainment collide visually.
A Santa Cruz, California native, Tree has emerged as a polymath from many different projects and iterations over the last 10 years. As unpredictable as one artist can be, no one can seem to put their finger on what Oliver Tree will do next.
In recent months, he’s crowned himself the “Vape God” from a bathtub full of e-cigarettes and boasted of spending $20,000 on tinfoil twisted into the shape of an octopus. He promoted his new album’s first single, 'Cowboys Don’t Cry,' by claiming his label wouldn’t release the track until 100,000 people pre-saved it. “I’m not good at goodbyes,” he screams at the top of the song...the same phrase he used back when he announced his “retirement.”

Tree trades the synth throb of 2020’s Ugly Is Beautiful for a cartoonish twang and Western aesthetics. A living, breathing meme and a genre-fusing sonic adventurer, the 28-year-old combined alt-rock, pop and electronica on his 2020 LP while going viral for performing on stilts and riding the world’s biggest scooter. He's now reinventing himself as a country star on his sophomore album, mixing pathos with pristine hooks on 'Cowboy Tears'.
Tickets from €26.40 including booking fees on sale Friday 7th October at 10AM.
