One Direction, Ed Sheeran, Adele & more for Band Aid
Bob Geldof has confirmed the star-studded line-up that will re-record 'Do They Know It's Christmas?'.
We recently revealed that Band Aid 30 was go, and now Bob Geldof has held a press conference to confirm details of what he called "the worst kept secret of the year."
A glittering array of stars have been confirmed, including Adele, One Direction, Ed Sheeran, Ellie Goulding, Chris Martin, Olly Murs, Sam Smith, Emelie Sande, bastille and Elbow.
The proceeds for what will be the fourth version of Geldof and Midge Ure's 'Do They Know It's Christmas?' will go towards the fight against Ebola. Recording will begin this weekend, with the lyrics set to be updated for 2014 and altered to convey the current cause.
A release date is still unknown, but the track is sure to be one of the favourites to be No. 1 for Christmas.
