Today, eir Other Voices announced some amazing additions to the line-up of musicians who will fill the hallowed halls of St James’ Church with song.

Wicklow three piece Wyvern Lingo will make their Church debut with an exclusive performance released today on the eir Facebook page.. Their gift for close harmony, keen songcraft and effervescent live performance has won them a loyal fanbase. They draw on a diverse range of influences from pop, rock and R’n’B, their voices interweave to create a fresh, forward-looking sound.

The band also revealed that London synth duo Mount Kimbie will bring their live set to eir Other Voices Festival. Their unique blend of drowsy, hazy electronica, syncopated percussion and field sounds make Mount Kimbie a must see act.

Irish folk singer Dermot Kennedy has also been added to the bill. He has carefully honed his craft, creating beautiful, passionate and introspective songs, winning him a slew of diehard fans. His release After Rain has clocked up over 32 million streams to date.

These 3 talented additions will join the already sensational line-up which features the likes of Seattle’s Perfume Genius; Malian desert punk/blues band Songhoy Blues; Cavan’s Aine Cahill ; UK art-rock band Django Django; hip-hop, jazz and groove purveyors Booka Brass; UK confessional hip-hop artist Loyle Carner; and Dublin folk miscreants Lankum.

eir is also making it possible for music fans to witness all the happenings in St. James’ by live-streaming the church performances to 11 venues throughout Dingle. With huge screens, high definition audio visuals and close proximity to a freshly poured pint, you can swap a pew for a stool, relax and enjoy!

As well as this, The Music Trail, in association with Heineken, presents a host of incredible talent who will be performing for free across multiple Dingle venues. Among the latest additions are **deep breath** Caitlin Nic Gabhann & Ciaran O Maonaigh; the cosmic electronica of Cinema; emotion-ladened beats by Emmet Condon (DJ); the dreamy synth pop of Frankenstein Bolts; NI Music Prize winner Joshua Burnside; Irish-Persian ensemble Nava; remarkable pop from Our Krypton Son; Pursued By Dogs’ blissful indietronica; ROE’s rising star; the growling synths and haunting vocals of Tanjier; the fiery punk musings of Touts; folk and blues of Alex Seel; Bitch Falcon’s explosive rock; the haunting melodies of David Keenan; the dizzying electronica of Hiva Oa, the exquisite balladry of Josienne & Ben; Laoise’s electro-pop; the dark and deep intimacy of Molly Sterling’s tunes; the lively combination of Malojian/Mark McCausland; top selector Nialler9; Sorcha Richardson’s gorgeous folk sounds and Remedy Club’s roots and americana.

eir Other Voices is also delighted to be teaming up with This Greedy Pig and Heineken to bring 'After Dark', a party that kicks on into the wee small hours after things wrap in the Church bringing you a line-up featuring some of their favourite selectors.

eir Other Voices Festival returns to Dingle, Kerry on December 1st, 2nd and 3rd. This will be the 16th instalment of the Festival.
