Ozzy's daughter faces legal action over her remarks on social media
Kelly Osbourne, the daughter of heavy metal rocker Ozzy Osbourne, is being sued by her father's former flame, Michelle Pugh, for "publishing private facts and defamatory statements" about her.
Access hollywood reports that after revelations came out about Ozzy's four year affair with the hairdresser, Kelly posted her mobile number and wrote that she had committed "elder abuse" on Twitter to 4.07 million followers.
Pugh claims that because of the tweets she has "not only experienced long-lasting emotional and psychological effects of harassment and hate, but has also lost business in an amount to be determined at trial."
"Kelly intentionally and maliciously harmed [Pugh] by publishing private facts and defamatory statements, in addition to inciting a rash of mass cyber-bullying against [Pugh]," an extract from the lawsuit reads. "Kelly harnessed her celebrity and notoriety to incite her followers as well as the media machine."

''Not only had Plaintiff begun to be slut-shamed, bullied, and harassed for allegedly breaking up a marriage, but was wrongfully accused of a crime that further held her up to ridicule, hate, and shame.''
Yesterday, it was revealed that Ozzy Osbourne "has gone into intense therapy" for a sex addiction. Osbourne has apparently been struggling with his addiction for the last six years, leading him to engage in destructive affairs.
It had been previously reported that Osbourne and his longtime wife, Sharon, had separated due to the singer's infidelity, but Ozzy reported that their marriage was "back on track again" late last month. Ozzy's rep confirmed that "Sharon is at his side to support him".
