The special 25th anniversary release is set to come out on June 28.
Paddy Casey has announced the release of the 25th anniversary edition of his debut album Amen (So Be It).
Originally released in 1999, the record will come out on June 28, with limited edition clear purple pressings available - marking the first time it will be available on vinyl.
Emerging in the Dublin music scene in the late 90s, Casey is known for his emotional performances, blending rock, folk and soul in a genre-defying sound.
Certified 3 x Platinum in Ireland, Amen (So Be It) features guest guitarist Mundy on the track ‘Winter’s Fire’. Other notable singles include 'Sweet Suburban Sky', ‘Whatever Gets You True’ and ’Everybody Wants’.
Speaking of the original recording of the album, Casey said: “I borrowed a guitar and went into Sun Studios with Pat Donne to record some demos to see if I had any songs, we came out 3 days later with a finished album, cheapest date Sony ever had. Imagine what I could have done if I’d had my own guitar”.

Casey is set to perform at a number of summer festival dates, including Joy in the Park 2024 with Saoirse Casey and Kilkenny Outdoor Music Festival.
He will also be playing at the Séamus Ennis Arts Centre in Naul, Co. Dublin on June 15, as well as Waterford’s Churchyard sessions on August 31.
