Palace have announced a 2022 tour of the EU and UK.
Palace will play their biggest ever Irish headline show in Vicar Street on February 8th, 2022 as part of their Europe/UK tour.
The band kick off the tour in Glasgow on February 3rd, and end the tour in Amsterdam on March 6th. The London-based band also announced their third studio album and released its lead single, ‘Gravity.’
“It also feels very surreal and amazing to be able to say that we’re also announcing a new tour across UK/Europe in February 2022!” the band said in an Instagram post. “It’s going to be an emotional rollercoaster when we finally get back out there to play for you guys.”

Tickets for the Vicar Street show go on sale next Friday (August 27) at 9am and are available from Ticketmaster. Tickets will cost €23.90.
Their brand new single ‘Gravity’ is a “woozy, swirling reflection on existentialism that spirals into a soaring breakdown that’s sure to be a crowd favourite by the time the band hit the road next February,” as stated in a press release.
“Gravity is about the perspective-shifting realisation of our own insignificance- that we are all just atoms of air and water in an infinite universe.” said frontman Leo Wyndham of the track.
Details of the new album remain scarce, and the band didn’t disclose a title or its release date. Their third album follows up their sophomore record Life After, which was released in 2019. Their debut album So Long Forever dropped in 2016.
The four-piece released three singles in 2020. ‘I’ll Be Fine’ and ‘Someday, Somewhere’ arrived in September while ‘Flesh To The Fallen’ dropped in February.
