Just when you thought he couldn’t be happier, Pharrell continues his chart run at No.1 with ‘Happy’ from the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack.

The top three is completed by Clean Bandit’s ‘Rather Be’ at number two (up from four.), and ‘Timber’ from Pitbull & newly rehabbed Kesha at three (down from two).

No new entries in the top 10 this week, though an incredible jump from ‘Can’t Remember To Forget You’ by Rihanna & Shakira from number 30 to number 9. I wonder if that video has anything to do with it…

Other big movers include Beyoncès’ ‘Drunk In Love’ which obviously got a boost from the Grammys from 20 to 10 and ‘Demons’ by Imagine Dragons which moved from 34 to 12.

Highest new entry was by One Republic who came in at 17 with ‘If I Lose Myself’

Other new entries included ‘Invisible’ by U2 at 31, interesting as it was free until a few days ago.

Pharell continues to be the king of the Irish chart.
