Pop-rock outfit Picture This have asked DJ AVAION to elevate their recent single ‘Song To Myself’. The DJ and producer delved into the uncharted depths of the electronic realm- the end resulting being ‘Another Song To Myself’- a sultry composition, out now via RCA Germany.

The Irish band's effervescent momentum can be credited to their empathetic songwriting and charming acoustics, and have resulted in their three prior albums claiming the coveted Number One spot in the Irish charts.

Their debut with Sony Music, ‘Get On My Love’, received international airplay entering Top 5 in Ireland and 33 in Germany amongst other successful territories. The outfit’s awe-struck presence on stage saw Picture This sell out their five-night run of shows in Dublin’s 3Arena, establishing them as a live performance force.

Complimenting DJ AVAION’s authentic writing style, ‘Song To Myself’ was written by Ryan Hennessy, who dubbed the single as a personal letter to himself which he never intended to be shared. As of now, the single stands with over 1.4 million streams on Spotify.

Under the direction of AVAION’s electro-pop influence, Picture This’ rich instrumental textures along with Hennessy’s introspective monologue is transformed in ‘Another Song To Myself’. Emotive verses are accompanied by sombre strings, with a tentative drum pad sequence announcing the track’s chorus.

From Germany originally, AVAION is known for curating signature melancholic, yet deeply dance-worthy music. His multi-platinum hit ‘Pieces’ follows shortly after ‘Where Did You Go’ featuring MAGNUS, and is taken from the DJ's eagerly-awaited debut EP coming this Autumn. The record drop is due to arrive after a series of summer shows at events like Nature One Festival and Open Beatz Festival.
