After dropping their new single 'Song to Myself' last week, Kildare natives Picture This have announced the release of the album Parked Car Conversations in September.
The Irish 4-piece rock band Picture This released their first music, the single 'Song to Myself' in almost 18 months last week. Now, they've announced plans for a brand new album, Parked Car Conversations, to be released on September 29th.
"And when we're gone/ There's nothing I'll miss more/ Than our parked car conversations"
The 2022 Electric Picnic headliner's first album since the 2021 collection, Life In Colour, is jam-packed, with a total of 15 new songs written over the past three years. Included are emotional singles like the intimate 'Song to Myself,' exploring a new, more vulnerable side of the Kildare natives.
Led by the amazing vocals and lyrics of Picture This's frontman, Ryan Hennessy, the band delve into their profound and retrospective personal-growth journeys, in a way that is certain to spark empathy among their fans – and more casual listeners too.
Parked Car Conversations, embodying the band's characteristic pop-rock and indie-folk vibe, will be available on CD, LP, and ltd. book. The ltd. book version will include private insights into the daily lives of band members of Picture This, doubtless forging a deeper connection with fans old and new alike.
