Boundary-pushing electro-pop duo DRAMAS have returned with a new single 'Bloodbath' – accompanied by a powerful music video for the track.
“We wanted to make a song consisting of real life sounds like footsteps, table tennis, crushed ice, a car crash or party people," DRAMAS say of 'Bloodbath'. "When we finished it, we deleted almost everything. It tells the story of all evil in this world, of offender and victim, of observation and ignorance, of dependence and autonomy. We are not lost, we are not in need of enduring anything. We have the capability to choose and act, now!"
Formed in Vienna in 2016, DRAMAS consists of Viktoria Winter and Mario Wienerroither. 'Bloodbath' follows the success of their previous singles ‘Undercover Dreamer’ and ‘Perfect Silence’ – a collaboration with Swedish electronic producers Radiotapes.
DRAMAS released their debut album, Nothing Is Permanent, in 2018, securing airplay across Europe with the single ‘Mess’. They're set to release their new LP in the spring of 2021.
