Take a look at the new video from the Dublin rapper below.
Following the release of his powerful new single 'Nobody Happy' on Friday, Dublin rapper and producer Johnny Climax returns with a hard-hitting video for the track.
Featuring Chris Kabs, who has worked closely with Jyellow and Tebi Rex, 'Nobody Happy' is a deep and insightful exploration of materialism in our everyday lives.
“The track was inspired by a conversation that myself and Chris had in the studio about social media and perception, how people present the best version of themselves when the reality may be a lot different,” Johnny Climax says of the track. “I wanted to make a song that talked about how the idea of happiness is sold to us by targeting our insecurities”.
Drawing influence from both hip-hop and electronica, the Dublin rapper has seen his profile rise steadily on the Irish scene, following the release of his debut single, 'Mood', in 2018.
