Dublin dreamrocker KEELEY (Keeley Moss) has announced a new album Beautiful Mysterious, which is set for release on October 18 via Tiny Global Productions; and kicks things off with her latest single 'Trans-Europe 18'.

Built on a bed of Motorik pulses and pulsing bass rhythms, 'Trans-Europe 18' emits waves of intricately-layered sound featuring phased guitars, chiming argeggios, lunar synth loops and a mesmeric organ interwoven with a luminous lead vocal to create the most addictive KEELEY single yet.

Today, the former Sessions Motts frontwoman unveils a homemade video to the pummelling single, with footage painstakingly sourced from the year 1988 in which the story is set.

Co-written with KEELEY producer Alan Maguire, the song is based on a tragic story and the fateful journey undertaken by 18-year old German backpacker Inga Maria Hauser, who travelled from Munich to the UK via Interrail on an adventure undertaken with wide-eyed optimism and the excitement of the unknown, and which would end with her murder in Northern Ireland. 'Trans-Europe 18' celebrates her youth and vitality and chronicles the first part of her journey as she travels towards, and arrives at, her London destination.

To build even more anticipation for the forthcoming album, Keeley and her bandmates — bassist Lukey Foxtrot and former Morrissey drummer Andrew Paresi — have revealed a slew of UK live dates this Autumn, with more gig announcements on the way!
