Hot Press proudly presents the new music video for 'Trash Talk' by Lazybones, the new alt-rock sensation from Brighton, UK.
With distorted guitars and catchy melodies, Lazybones burst onto the UK alt-rock scene and turned heads. Not only in the UK, though, as they were picked as one of our Hot for 2019 International Acts.
Further establishing their reputation as a no-bullshit noise rock band, the Brighton-based trio now release their new single 'Trash Talk', complete with a one-shot music video.
'Trash Talk', recorded by Ben Hampson of Agricultural Audio (Noel Gallagher, Bloc Party), is about "That moment when you know you're about to say something you'll regret, when you're right on the edge and you just can't stop it," vocalist Candi Underwood explains.

Inspired by the likes of Black Sabbath, Sex Pistols and Chas & Dave, using a fuzzy bass guitar, an amplified organ and drums, Lazybones create a trashy, unapologetic, to-the-point British sound.
After a successful UK tour in early 2019, their series of fast-paced live shows coupled with their nostalgic, DIY approach has fast become a talking point. The new release comes with the announcement of their latest UK tour which will see them play the following:
- 01.11.19 Cardiff - The Moon
- 02.11.19 Birmingham - The Flapper
- 03.11.19 Milton Keynes - Craufurd Arms
- 21.11.19 Brighton - Latest Music Bar
