The live performance sees the former Delorentos musician deliver a more stripped back version of the song.
Ro Yourell – known to many as the vocalist and guitarist of huge 00s Irish indie rock band Delorentos –has shared a bewitching video performing 'How My Hearts Beats' in Ernesto's cafe Dublin.
The video was filmed in the Rathmines cafe on May 24 at Yourell's Commencer album launch.
'How My Heart Beats' is lifted off the debut LP, which was released in May.
The new video sees a stunning acoustic delivery of the song in a video shot by Joe Kelly.
Speaking on the meaning behind 'How My Hearts Beats' the musician says the tune is a love song that “explores the intangible quality of love, that which cannot be contrived or contained.

Yourell elaborates: “Love arrives and departs without warning. It can give us a new perspective, help us to see the world in technicolor.”
The insistent guitar and shaker instrumentation symbolise the sense of purpose that love for another can give us, and the close harmony is reminiscent of the intimacy captured by songwriting greats like Simon & Garfunkel or Lennon & McCartney”.
There's good news for those who missed the intimate Rathmines album launch as Yourell will celebrate the album release with a full band headline show at Whelan’s Upstairs in Dublin on Saturday, August 24.
Tickets are €22 plus booking fees and are available for purchase here.
