Irish roots duo The Remedy Club make their triumphant return today, with the release of 'Back To You', the first single and title track from their upcoming third album, out on May 26. They've also released an accompanying music video – premiering below.
Drawing inspiration from the legendary likes of Fleetwood Mac and Bruce Springsteen, the new track finds the pair expertly balancing an upbeat energy with compellingly introspective lyricism, as they reflect on both the joys and challenges of parenthood.
The duo teamed up with a star-studded selection of Irish musicians for the track, including Aongus Ralston (The Waterboys) on bass, Binzer Brennan (The Frames) on drums, and Michael Buckley and Ronan Dooney on brass, with stunning string arrangements by Liam Bates. 'Back To You' was co-produced by Gavin Glass (Orphan Studios) and The Remedy Club.
The group's most recent track was a dazzling cover of Thin Lizzy's 'Wild One' in 2021. They released their latest album, True Hand True Heart, back in 2020.
