Pussy Riot band members have all been re-arrested on the very same day they were being released from prison!
The Russian band members were imprisoned earlier this month after storming onto the pitch during the World Cup Final between France and Croatia.
They were handed down 15 days sentences and banned from attending any type of sport events for the next three years.
But, as they were preparing to be leave the prison, the Pussy Riots were confronted by cops and told they were now facing fresh charges and could face another 10 days behind bars.
They've now been charged under Russian law with Article 20:2:2, which is “the organisation and holding of public events without prior written notice”.
News, along with photos of the fresh arrest, was made on the Pussy Riot's Twitter account. "After 15 days of arrest our girls ended up in the police station till the morning. They’re laughing and singing songs about freedom tho.” They could face another ten-days behind bars," the announcement reads.
“The Luzhniki police station says that there’s an order to keep us in overnight – until some procedures take place in the morning,” Verzilov tweeted, according to a BBC translation.
As things stand, it’s unclear how long the four band members will now be actually detained.
