Bless them, they try. It barely seems to matter that there’s not one original second on here. The band has seemingly stolen the discarded notes of every student indie/rock band doing the rounds in the late '90s. With a quiet-loud-quiet formula and the repeated line: “There’s a hundred good reasons for the choices I’ve made” it’s all a little inane. But hell, a small dose of rip-roaring guitar never hurt anyone, except maybe the people in the resulting moshpit.
