Tickets for the Kilmainham show on sale Friday 24 at 10.00am.
Queens of the Stone Age have announced a show at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Dublin, on August 20. The concert will be part of their upcoming The End is Nero tour, which is set to begin in Boston on June 10.
With eight albums to date, Queens of the Stone Age have garnered a reputation as one of the best bands to see live. Their eighth album, In Times New Roman, released in June of 2023. Formed by Josh Homme and featuring Troy Van Leeuwen, Michael Shuman, Dean Fertita and Jon Theodore, the band will tour a variety of locations across Europe and the US.
The band last played in Dublin as part of the first The End is Nero tour in 2023 to promote In Times New Roman. The 2025 The End is Nero tour is to include shows which were rostered as part of that initial tour, but were cancelled due to concerns for Homme's health. You can read about that here.
