After the events of November 23rd 2023, Dublin based composer R.F. Chaney had to cancel his album launch gig for his debut offering Tropism .
R.F. Chaney- the solo project of Dublin based composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Ross Chaney, has today announced the rescheduled date of his album launch, which was originally supposed to take place on November 23rd 2023.
The rescheduled album launch will take on January 11th 2024 at the Cobblestone, with all original tickets for the November 23rd date remaining valid.
In a post on Instagram, the composer and multi instrumentalist shared the news saying that the previous date for the album launch "was postponed due to the events, riots and general civil unrest of the Nov 23rd, but fear not we shall go at it again with the new rescheduled date of next Thursday 11th January".

Tickets for the January 11th event will be priced at €13 and will be available from Eventbrite.
The Cobblestone gig marks the launching of R.F Chaney's debut album Tropism, and will feature performances from Caimin Gilmore on Double Bass, Matthew Berrill on Bass Clarinet and Alto Saxophone and Aongus MacAmhlaigh on Cello.
Aongus MacAmhlaigh will also be providing support while Ross Chaney will performing tape machines, synths, and drumset.
