RAAP has collected and distributed over €100 million in performance royalties to more than 80,000 performers on these shores and beyond
If you’re a performer – or are hoping to become one in the future! – it’s crucial to join RAAP. Governed by its members, the not-for-profit organisation (which stands for Recorded Artists, Actors and Performers) both administers and distributes performance royalties to those who have performed on a sound recording which has been broadcast or publicly performed in Ireland or abroad. Since launching in 2001, RAAP has collected and distributed over €100 million in performance royalties to more than 80,000 performers on these shores and beyond.
Whether you’re the main artist, a session musician, or an actor, you can receive these payments by becoming a member of RAAP today. There’s no joining fee, and you can look forward to regular royalty payments from around the world. Members can use RAAP’s handy online portal to upload their discography or track listings to their account for processing.
With over 4,500 direct members, RAAP prides itself on offering a fair, open and transparent service for both musicians and actors.
