Radie Peat of Lankum, Katie Kim, Elly Myler of Percolator, and John "Spud" Murphy are coming together to make ØXN, a new band whose first single is dropping June 30th.
Radie Peat, known for her work as a part of the Dublin four-piece band Lankum, has shared over socials that she's joined a new band.
The announcement came through the artist's Instagram page, with an excited exclamation and an eye-catching, hauntingly-lit green photograph serving as her followers' introduction to the new project.
"I'm delighted to finally be able to say that 'Love Henry' the first single from ØXN (which is me, Katie Kim, Ellie Myler + John 'Spud' Murphy) will be released on the 30/06/23."

With a promising "More to come..." she then redirected people to find the band's new social media page. There, a singular post repeating the previously revealed information was accompanied with a sword emoji.

It's not the first time Radie Peat has worked with Katie Kim and Percolator's Ellie Myler. In 2020, they performed 'Love Henry' in what was originally a contribution to the Mary Wallopers Halloween Special.
Shot by Thom McDermott and with sound worked on by Ian Chestnutt, the video provides a hint at what's to come when the new supergroup officially drops their first single on June 30th.
