The Belfast alt-pop artist, one of Hot Press's Hot for 2019 Irish acts, will play Belfast's Black Box and Dublin's Ruby Sessions in May.
She was tipped as one of Hot Press's Hot for 2019 Irish acts, but Rebekah Fitch has now confirmed the hype with the release of her second EP, Lies We Tell Ourselves.
The Belfast alt-pop singer-songwriter's dynamic multi-instrumental live shows, complete with mesmerising live-looping, flute, and powerful vocals, are now in high demand.
Her recent performance at The MAC Theatre in Belfast was a sell-out success with rave reviews. She has already gained commercial success with playlisting on Cool FM, U105, Today FM and Dublin’s FM104 (as their Select Irish Artist), as well as performing live sessions on BBC Radio Ulster, Metro Radio, SPIN1038 and more. Further support has come from RTE 2FM, Amazing Radio and 98FM.
Following the release of her debut EP, Broken Mind, in 2018, she embarked on her first tour of the UK and Ireland, performed in the SSE Arena Belfast, and to a sold-out Koko in London. Rebekah's recent release, 'Need To Feel', was picked up by tens of thousands on Spotify's Discover Weekly playlist. The video for the track sparked a strong reaction of admiration online for its fearlessly honest narrative surrounding mental health.
