We get the first glimpse of Reevah's forthcoming EP, set for release April 24th, 2020.
In anticipation of her forthcoming EP A Different Light, Reevah has released the first single 'Older Now.' The new track from the Derry-based musician features classic folk-rock instrumentation like sliding electric guitar leads, acoustic strumming and punchy piano chords. Production-wise, all of these elements are carefully layered together to flawlessly highlight Reevah's soothing croon. The video depicts Reevah and her backing band in the studio and shows us how the song came together.
Speaking on the significance of the song, Reevah explained, 'For me ‘Older Now’ marks a change in many ways. I have started working with a full band and I really wanted that sound to be conveyed in this track. It’s a true reflection of my live set-up and performance as an artist. Recording this track was amazing, having the band onboard brought so much energy to the process, everything just came together really naturally.'

Reevah’s music is immersive and reflective allowing the listener a chance to escape the speed of life. But it’s her voice, pure, understated and fearless, that stays in the heart and the mind long after the music is over. She is slated to play Dublin this Thursday, October 10th at the Beatvyne MxT2019 Conference.
