The tour announcement follows the final installation of Off Planet's release. "An album in four parts," the 21-track collection was broken down into four different parts.
Off Planet Part 1 included 'Wishbone,' 'Complete Me,' featuring Self Esteem, 'Osaka,' 'Hands High,' featuring Refound*, and 'Lunar Vibrations,' featuring Isabelle Woodhouse.
Part 2 saw the release of 'Don't Touch That Dial,' 'Back 2 Back,' 'Squid Inc.' 'Come Down,' and 'Golden Cross.' Part 3 saw 'No Time' featuring Jack Peñate, 'A New Way Through,' 'Galaxy Mood' featuring Toya Delazy, 'The Oh Zone,' 'Dead Machine' featuring Stealing Sheep, and 'DumDrum' unleashed across the airwaves.
Finally, as of this month, 'Fluxus,' 'Slipstream,' 'Who You Know' featuring Bernado, 'Black Cadillac' and 'Gazelle' were dropped as a part of Part 4, completing Django Django's fifth project.
The album as a whole comes after Django Django's 2021 release, Glowing in the Dark, a total of 22 years after they first released their debut EP Waveforms, and 21 years since their debut album, the self-titled Django Django.
Now, Off Planet has launched the four-piece, composed of David Maclean, Vicnent Neff, Jimmy Dixon, Tommy Grace, into a new sci-fi, techno musical adventure and with this new tour they're bringing everyone along for the ride.
Tickets for their autumn tour go on-sale this Friday, on June 30th.
