Róisín Murphy has announced a headline show at Dublin’s 3Olympia on Saturday 3 February 2024.

No stranger to sold-out performances, Murphy has continued to push boundaries in the live setting, appearing at Glastonbury, Coachella and Primavera sound while also selling out her own lauded shows at the Brixton Academy and the Royal Albert Hall.

The upcoming tour offers a chance to witness Murphy’s critically acclaimed album, Hit Parade in the live setting. With her new LP, Murphy continued her ever evolving 30 year career, joining forces with DJ Koze to conjure a hyper-modern record, a world away from 2020’s critically and commercially successful of Róisín Machine.

Last summer, the Kilkneny artist played a memorable gig during the Trinity Summer Series.

“They parade onto the stage, a bizarre gate-crashing, twelve-legged groove machine, Róisín decked out in the first of countless resplendent outfits, that almost defy description,” said Hot Press’ Will Russell in his live report.

“But try to imagine feathery lion’s mane headdresses, far reaching scarves, fantastic Balenciaga jumpsuits, Wilma Flintstone style vinyl leather dresses, curtain capes, floor length sparkling coats, furry heels, tinfoil trapper hats, jagged opera gloves and triangular shades – many worn at the same time and you can just about fathom some of the mighty spectacle.” Read the full report here.
