Róisín O — whose full name is Róisín O’Reilly — is set to share her latest solo album next year. The record will follow her critically acclaimed debut release, 2012’s The Secret Life Of Blue.
2021 has been a hectic year for the Irish artist, who has shared three singles thus far. ‘Heart + Bones’ arrived in January, receiving acclaim and a remix from legendary DJ Mark McCabe. The musician followed it up with ‘2023’ in May and ‘Still Gold’ in September.
Róisín will support brother Danny and The Coronas on their Irish tour between October and December this year, with the run of gigs kicking off in Wexford’s Spiegeltent this weekend.
Róisín spent the last few years working on her collaborative project with John Broe, Thanks Brother. The pair amassed a dedicated fan base with their live shows and debut EP — EP - 1 which arrived in 2019. The five-track record was well received and included the hit ‘We Caught It.’
