The festival is focused on collaboration between artists.
Having announced their second festival earlier this month with a stellar line up that includes Lisa Hannigan, Tolü Makay, Wallis Bird, Nealo and more, Hibernacle: Meet Me At The Castle have shared news that pop folk duo Saint Sister and traditional singer-songwriter Andy Irvine have been added to the bill.
Taking place September 25 and 26 at Claregalway Castle, Hibernacle is the brainchild of three experienced and diverse event organisers: Úna Molloy, Pearse Doherty and Peter Kelly. The first festival happened at the height of the pandemic, bringing together some of Ireland's best and brightest talent in Doolin, Co. Clare, for a restorative retreat and weekend of music.
If the first festival is anything to go by, this magical event is not-to-be-missed.

"Collaboration and bringing people together has always been a huge part of all three of our collective endeavours and because our ethoses are so aligned, when the opportunity arose to work together, the three of us jumped at it," said organiser Úna Molloy. "We will keep up our collaborative thread and the festival day will be filled with unique experiences throughout each part of the day."
Festival attendees will be required to follow Government guidelines and show their Digital Covid Certificate, and tickets for either day are available at hibernacle.ie.
