The lovely ladies were captivating as always.
Saint Sister charmed EP for the first time last year, and speaking to Hot Press on Saturday they admitted they had a soft spot for EP and that they would be treating us to some beautiful new music.
True to their word, the Northern Irish girls stunned the crowd with their pitch perfect vocals and synth heavy mystique. Morgan MacIntyre's otherworldly vocal range never ceased to impress alternating from impossibly sweet notes, to shrill refrains that pierced the listener to the core not unlike The Cranberries' Dolores O'Riordan.
As well as pleasing their fans with the celtic inspired and chant like quality of classics such as 'Versions of Hate', they showcased some cracking new tunes.

'Tinman' was an ambient folksy surprise with clashing harmonies, tribal tambourine beats and plunky harp accompaniment. Despite its morbid title, 'Corpses' impressed with its delicate beauty. Gemma Doherty's gentle harp balanced the sudden raspiness of Morgan's voice to make this synth-ful lullaby a song you will long to hear again, and ultimately, making this set a pleasant break from some of the brain melting acts of EP.
